I've read it carefully a few times and I think he's alluding to the fact he's a clueless fuckwit.

There is an interesting question in the CAS decision but Rumsby has missed it completely although he's sort of raised it without realising. Our appeal is not in line with CAS's rule that all alternative avenues have been exhausted before they will take a case.

As UEFA hadn't handed down their final decision, that wasn't the case and according to CAS we could only appeal to them once the Adjudicatory Chamber had formally ruled. So why hold on to it as long as they did? It's been sat in their in-tray for 5 or 6 months when they could have dismissed it in 5 minutes.

Doesn’t that mean we can still appeal to CAS in the future Colin, if we need to? So CAS have ruled out our appeal on technical timing grounds, rather than for any substantive issue about the validity of our case?
