Well, if found guilty by UEFA, that same offence.
I'm really just speculating that the FA should apply the same reasoning they used for letting Liverpool off for their hacking.
You’d don’t know what your talking about do you?

Anybody with scouse accent like is a twat, full on gob shite like most of them, can talk for ever and say nothing worth listening too. In a fair world Liverpool would be classed as a separate country sawn off at the Albert Dock and floated off in the Irish sea and into oblivion!!Just another dipper whore then.
I agree that Tony Evans can be decent on the right subject but is generally to be avoided when it comes to City. His latest article on FFP this afternoon is full of errors, clearly betrays that he has more or less zero understanding of the subject he's writing about, and bears all the hallmarks of having been spoon-fed to him by someone with a clear vested interest.
Any anti City comment seems to be good press nowadays . These reporters are desperate to damage City . They all know the dippers will never get away with another season like this and they know who will be thundering back next season . . So they are all doing their little bit for the poor little dippers .What's this bit he writes "....provided by Sheikh Mansour, the owner and ruler of the Emirate." - does no-one care about truth any more?
Certainly.they have been warned with dirty washing threatened if they take no heed. Seems their influence is a pale shadow outside the football umbrella that now contains the media.Excellent post.
I think it's pretty clear from the CAS findings and the fact that UEFA haven't charged us yet that UEFA are struggling to find us guilty without stepping on a mine in the CAS minefield that has been laid out for them.
Wasnt so quick to apply his sense of morals when Standard Charter, Liverpool shirt sponser were fined $1m for fraud 3 years ago whose chief exec is no less than Liverpool owner J W Henry, in fact was hardly mention in the media at all, so morals are selective in our media !Just another dipper whore then.

That's the story I just started reading this afternoon from Tony Jones or something like that.Reading article in the Independent today. Doesn't look good. Any decision taken against us would be mirrored by Premiership.

Doesn’t stink at all, we cheat, United and Liverpool are paragons of virtue.This. Amazing the wage rule was scrapped at a time they had a huge number of contracts to renegotiate plus needed to be active in the transfer market. It stank at the time but no press of course picked up on it to no surprise.
Haha. I'm not pretending it's an in depth analysis. There are plenty of experts here providing that level of insight. You’d don’t know what your talking about do you?
Or, as Evans has publically admitted, when he threatened innocent fans in Brussels hours before the Heysel Stadium disaster.Wasnt so quick to apply his sense of morals when Standard Charter, Liverpool shirt sponser were fined $1m for fraud 3 years ago whose chief exec is no less than Liverpool owner J W Henry, in fact was hardly mention in the media at all, so morals are selective in our media !

If it needs further explanation, Liverpool escaped punishment for hacking our computers because the offences happened a long time ago. Using the same logic, any charges coming from our own governing bodies should be dropped because of their age.

They are such spin merchants, it's so basic what they are doing. I can't believe people fall for it. This is how easy it is, I don't agree with anything he said there either so:City’s complaints about the leaks raised eyebrows[who's fucking eyebrows, bent journalists like you?], too. Leaks, unattributed briefings – call them what you will – are common in football.
