After the Spurs fiasco last season I decided to give it one more go this season and then make a decision about the Chumps League this summer.
Oh well, looks like UEFA and the cartel clubs have made my mind up for me.
There are plenty of fans who turn up for the more attactive European games anyway. Although taken to its peak you may end up with a largely different set of fans watching the European games as watch the bread and butter League games.
Let it be thus. I'm done with this rigged shitshow.

It is already there.

i don't know enough to give you the correct answer,i think it is the ultimate independent place we can go

My understanding is that UEFA are based in Switzerland hence why they are governed by Swiss law. I think the ECJ is the highest court.

I understand but it should be a matter of honour now. I'll always remember the football we played under him, but I won't respect him anymore if he jumps the ship now. He got all the love from the club, his mates are in trouble, if he runs away, I won't have any good opinion about him as a man.

I get that point but he is in the last season of his contract next season anyway. The club would probably have assured him we were sweet with all the ffp shit so he may feel let down if we are banned. If, however, we win the appeal this might galvanise him even more to continue.

Good post, and a lot of city fans will already be thinking this or already have, but you know what this is precisely what they need and want it’s all part of the wearing down process of the entire club, they want us to fucking disappear altogether,we need to come out fighting and unfortunately use a rag name be united to fight these cnuts ...

MARTIN SAMUEL: Ban is payback by clubs who hate Manchester City https://mol.im/a/8005751 via http://dailym.ai/android

Here it is for those who haven't read it yet.
I put this on here earlier. A very good piece. He's not written it from a 'City are innocent' perspective, but he's called it as he sees it - an elite cartel who cannot handle the rise of City winning the trophies they believe are theirs by right.

No, I’m sure everyone will sing along with the anthem, shortly before performing a communal bow to Aleksander Čeferin.
Looking ahead to the rest of the season, what the fans will actually be faced with is incessant boos to our team and players by rival fans. Next week's game against West ham will be very interesting. If the West ham fans are abusing us and the players that will give a strong indication of what we will face. Same at the cup final.
Big trouble coming I feel.

This should be the beginning of the end for FFP (and even threaten the future of UEFA itself). City can’t do a deal on this one, and will bring everything they’ve got to the fight, which is a lot obviously.

It’s not about the CL, it’s about the reputations of the club and the owner’s country.

Feel like UEFA have made a terrible mistake here. FFP was a horrible, corrupt concept and that’s about to be examined under a microscope. Pass the popcorn.

Well I’m calling it a night.

Just want to say to all the blues worried tonight, this club has come through much darker days in far less capable hands, the difference being now of course the incredible ownership of the last 11 and a half years.

We will fight these bastards to the last and will stop at nothing to clear our name with the best lawyers our ‘dirty oil money’ can buy, whilst exposing UEFA for the corrupt organisation it is.

UEFA declared a war that could cost them much more severely than us, an opponent who has bigger resources and less to lose.

Let battle commence.

Villa fans waving £20 notes, bring it on..

Looks like I decided to ditch the season ticket this year for good reason, for me football has had its day it's obviously corrupt it isn't a sport with a level playing field and it's disappeared up its own backside.

Some of my decision is to do with age and how I view the over manicured presentation (Muddy pitches and players with bite mixed with volatile chairmen etc as was) half and half scarves the refusal by normal decent football fans to accept that it's more about money than it ever has been and it's killing the game as I knew it, maybe it's time just to accept that we are only going to be allowed to be a provincial club that might win a trophy every now and then whilst he cartel opens the doors for teams like the old top 4.

Either way the chumps league can take a running jump I wont even watch it from my sofa, I will not be a Turkey voting for Xmas.

As long as we are in the tie after the first leg I think the Real Madrid home game will be brilliant. Loud, passionate and raucous. Counter intuitively it migjt he what we need to go far in the competition.

I don't trust CAS but I think it is quite likely that they will throw this out, or reduce it dramatically.

I don't believe that. There will be a two or three fanbases (yes we all know who they are) that believe we deserve this and may give us a bit of abuse. The rest won't care.

If you bow down, admit defeat and comply every single time a case crops up what are you supposed to think as a outsider or even a City fan who hasn't paid attention to the case put forward? GUILTY! If they are not guilty why not fight them to the very end? They must have had a very compelling case to ban us this time around and fine us heavily last time around in which the City lawyers couldn't put a solid defence (defense) together however you spell it in this instance.
