and what about our on going case which would be the Swiss courts,you have bassed the above without taking that into account,,,if we lose to CAS and thats a big if then the Prem will sanction us,they are sat on the fence while UEFA do there dirty work,they havent the bottle to take us on without us losing to CAS, lge 2 or 1 or the Championship aint going to happen because financialy there is nothing to gain for the Premiership,a points deduction likely but to have any serious effect it would have to be -40pts to have any effect however what it would efectivly do is guarantee we dont make the CL at the end of season so in effect we still do have a 2 year ban
look, for pep to come out with what he did he would have wanted 100% facts that we are innocent,he made his statement bassed on that, same applies to both club statements,there not going to come out with what they said unless there completely stupid,we have the cream of Lawyers advising us on every move and statement made
i think were screwed if we get a reduction to a one year ban and then whatever the prem chuck at us maybe at most a points deduction which will ensure its 2 years without CL football,its not the money or the ban its the brand has been damaged,we cant afford to lose this,we have to win at CAS because although i have no doubt we willl go to the Swiss Courts,that will take years
