I would say it’s the opposite, if we are banned UEFA would love to do the draw tomorrow saying Man City/Real Madrid are drawn with ... but given the recent news Man city have just been banned so they won’t be competing next season, etc they would love to publicize it further during the draw if the outcome was negative for us.

Maybe UEFA asked for delay so the possible exoneration doesn’t take away anything from Friday’s draw.

I don't think they predicted a No vote or Labour wins in the GEs, there was just a majority of posters who said that was how they'd voted.
