I've not heard about the specific example you cited. You said that there have been reports recently about older men approaching young children in Rochdale. Where was that specific report?

You said it hasn't been reported in the media or by politicians, but "if you lived in Rochdale, you'd have heard." So where would we have heard? I've heard of the grooming gangs in Rochdale from a while ago, because they were widely reported in the media. But you're talking about a separate case that wasn't reported in the media, so where was it reported? Where did you find out about it?
