If you ever look at the map for the Manchester ULEZ zone there is one way to avoid it there is an actual route NW to SE, once people figure it out it will be absolute chaos. I believe in Birmingham people have actually stopped paying the fines and the councils have given up chasing them for it as it will actually cost more to pursue them than what they will get, it’s a joke all over the country. Yep & Not everyone can afford to change van to euro 6 , wrong time to be a young tradesman just starting out . the amount of vans being turned over is on the increase as well .
