On a serious note Mourinhio doesn't look a well man, something is wrong with him.

He looks like a guy with depression or something similar.

He had a nervous breakdown in his second spell at Chelsea. Mourinho's problems started at Real Madrid, where he tried to impose his usual style on the dressing room, and the Real players just wouldn't have it. He was like a bully who had picked on a kid he thought he could easily push around, but the kid proved to be much stronger and gave him a bloody nose. It was poetic justice. He was too used to getting belly rubbed by the press in England, with no one brave enough to call him out on it. The Spanish press never tolerated it, and called him out on his nonsense. Since then the cat is out the bag, and no self respecting player tolerates Mourinho anymore. Look at the body language of the Chelsea players when they put him to the sword. They were fired up for that one, especially Hazard. Its no surprise De Bruyne played out of his skin in the September derby, a player he cast off. His siege mentality style of management doesn't work anymore, eventually everyone just gets pissed off. Ferguson got away with it because he was too powerful, he was never going to be sacked, Mourinho doesn't have that invincibility and the players know it.

Maybe some of his players are mates with his former players in chelsea and they've shared some thoughts on what to expect.

If things go from bad to worse the question is can they afford to sack JM or paradoxically can they afford to not to sack him ?
