For fuck's sake man. He didn't jump out of the way, he dived. In football, jump is vertical and land on feet, dive is horizontal and land on overpaid, overrated face. He cost how much? Yes, so he ought to be athletic enough not to fall over when he "jumps".

i think it was mark twain who said it's best not to argue with an idiot because he will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

the rag fans are like followers of a smeggy religion: they believe and repeat whatever they are told by their masters because it's easier that way than facing the truth.

you're talking to a wall by conversing with this nugget.
his username is like his club... well past its sell-by date.
yet they happily consume the mould they are sold as if fresh.

You're absolutely right, as was Mark Twain, and I really should know better.

It's called the Dunning-Kruger effect by psychologists. No point in trying to explain to someone who is stupid that they are doing something stupid, because they are too stupid to realise.

Dunning and Kruger wrote a paper about it when they interviewed a bank robber who didn't use a disguise and was caught very quickly using CCTV footage. When they asked him why he didn't wear any disguise, he said he sprayed his face with lemon juice because that would make him invisible, because he already knew that lemon juice could be used as invisible ink.

Money making scheme.

Sell tin foil hats outside the swamp tomorrow night.

ig nobel prize winners rarely, if ever, get a mention on bluemoon.
splendid work, blue.

Listened to The Times' podcast in the car this morning and rag apologist Scowcroft was on. Not surprisingly he was staggered that Carlton Pogba was booked when all he was doing was trying to evade a tackle. Julian Laurens went mad at this saying Noble wasn't anywhere near Carlton and it was a blatant dive. Scumcroft also repeated Duncan Castles' nonsense that Peg needs 4 transfer windows to build a decent team. Marcotti and Laurens both effectively said Castles has no credibility and is just a mouthpiece for Peg and that the man himself said he only needed 4 players in the summer.
That snivelling twat Marcotti was still taking his sly digs at Pep and attempting to justify Jose's assertion that they are in a false position in the league.
