Add it to about 10 red card offences they have got away with this season. Often just a yellow so no more action can be taken but a few times no cards have been given so clearly a ban should occur but not shown 24/7 on media so swept under the carpet

I think the martial was a yellow card, but seeing the player draw blood means the ref should have considered a red card. Still it's a yellow for the forearm smash.
