Game of two halves, brilliant in the first, mediocre in the second....the blue in me says we should have destroyed them in H2 instead of trying to manage the game out.

the great....Bernardo, he’s fucking ace. Plays with such aggression and drive. Also Walker was brilliant tonight.

the not so great, Raz looks like someone fucked his dog..before killing it. Mendy had a torrid H1, and Ota had a ‘meh’ H2.

unfortunately the goal keeps them in the tie...but I think we’ll score a couple at home and see them off

I love Kyle Walker, he epitomises everything I love in our blue shirt, 100% commitment every time.

I thought his comment in the interview said it all. Second half ‘save your legs, but if there’s a goal there take it’. We have done that a lot in the past where we all think we will win 5/6 nil, but actually pep tells them to save themselves. Could of won that 7/8 -0, but I’ll happily take 3-1. Delighted.

Great to win but I’m usually ecstatic after we beat them. Really feel like missed an opportunity to humiliate those red ****s again. They deserve it.

Listening to United fans in the pub they think it was an utter humiliation which it was. Lucky for them that City stopped playing in the second half.

Very obviously a brilliant first half......but Sterling hasn’t been on it for a while and as soon as De Bruyne tires and starts to throw his hands up in frustration he needs to be hooked. Lazy by him for their goal.
Good result but tie should have been over.......shows how far we have come if we can be disappointed after beating United.

Imagine we'd have had a striker on the pitch in the 1st half. It could have been game over by half time.

Having said that, I'd have took a 3-1 win before kick off so I for one am a happy blue.
