United game postponed due to bomb scare

Even if the current story is correct this is the minimum along with a big fuck off fine.

Ideally a few points deducted for next season after being late twice and now this.

Gross Incompetence at the very least.
UEFA rules say that a match will be forfeited if a team is responsible for it not being played. The rags were responsible so it should be forfeited.

They have announced that the fixture will take place on Tuesday but according to Talk Shite, this is against the rules. They are saying something along the lines of how any game abandoned cannot be played for at least seven days.

Bournemouth need to put in a formal complaint, let their players go off on their planned holidays and refuse to replay the game insisting that they are given the points and six goals.

Due to this being their THIRD cock up resulting in two delayed kick off's and one abandoned game they should forfeit it!!

Not United's fault according to the experts on red cafe. No need for them to be embarrassed at all.

pmsl

Now it makes sense as to why they weren't allowed to discuss a re-arranged fixture (between the scum and Bournemouth) before the "device" was destroyed. Why allow them to sow up and sort a re-arranged fixture when it's down to their own fuck up the whole situation arising in the first place.

As someone else has said surely it's a forfeit of the fixture regardless of it being blamed on an "external" company... or their very own Bomb Training Course Provider.

No doubt the Prem will try get the fixture done and dusted for Tues before anything can come of it so they can then say well the fixtures been played now.

Hopefully Bournemouth will refuse to play it but I'd be a bit of a pessimist to think that maybe a few Utd youngsters may end up on loan there next year....

That would be unfair on West Brom and Crystal Palace who would see Bournemouth leap frog them. Playing the game but giving United a 3 point deduction would seem to be the fairest solution. If they were to forfeit I would image both West Brom and Crystal Palace would rightly be demanding compensation.
