Manures starting lineup will probably be like this for the new season
De Gay Jones Rio Vidic Evra Carrick Valencia Kagawa Lucas Young Rooney Our starting lineup could be like this Hart Micah Vinnie Lescott
Clichy Yaya Martinez Nasri Aguero Silva van Persie
I think our lineup is better and should win in the first game we play the Rags.

Don't hold your breath on Lucas.

Or Martinez, to be fair (though I'd love to be proven wrong)

I can't remember but have they disclosed this in the risk factors the lack of full accounts, if they haven't surely they are opening themselves up for all sorts of lawsuits?

I think they did, but the US might not fully understand it.

They have disclosed various specific risks in general terms (e.g. Our revenue is dependent on performance....") but I can't see anything that says quite specifically that failing to qualify for the knock-out will adversely impact their Q4 earnings compared to 2011 and state by how much.

If you didn't know the details then you would look at the accounts, see 6% growth from Q3 2011 to Q4 2012 and assume the same for the full year. Not many know how uneven football club revenues are.

There could well be lawsuits over this I think.

PB probably answered my own question really but I haven't the time or expertise to fully understand accounts but found this at the very start, so I am assuming they say only 9 months accounts and then give reasons why there isn't 12. Presumably there will be a get out clause in there somewhere.
