I think we're going to score at least 5.

I am actually genuinely excited. The last time I was that must have been... well, probably last game, because of Mata. Most of the time I've just been sort of "it's happening and I'm going to watch it, but I don't think miracles are going to happen".

The word on the street has been that van Persie has been fit since before Christmas but has been refusing to play because he wasn't ready despite going on a skiing break over New Year. Now this has been confirmed by Moyes's own admission. What price Rooney also decides when he 's fit? Especially as they both made miraculous recoveries as soon as the rags signed Mata. Absolutely fucking pathetic and cowardly management by the Clueless One.

David Moyes has admitted that Robin van Persie’s importance to Manchester United is so great that the forward has now been given the final say on whether he is fit to play for the club.

Van Persie, who scored on his return from a two-month thigh injury lay-off against Cardiff City in midweek, is in line to start successive games for only the second time in three months on Saturday when United travel to the Britannia Stadium to face Stoke City.

Injuries have restricted the £22 million striker to just 17 games in all competitions this season, with Moyes conceding that Van Persie’s absence has been a key reason why United are languishing in seventh position in the Premier League.

But with Van Persie suffering groin and thigh problems during this campaign, Moyes admits that the 30-year-old’s opinion on his own fitness has become the decisive factor in when he plays and for how long.

“I have taken Robin’s advice where he feels he is at,” Moyes said. “I ask him if he is ready to play and how long does he feel he is able to play.

“All the things I am doing, I am taking from Robin. He is a player who is so important to us that I need to know exactly where he is at. Even the day he pulled his thigh against Newcastle [in December] we had said, ‘Are you better coming off the bench?’

He'll play when he wants,
He'll play when he wants,
Robin Van Percy,
He'll play when he wants.

Does gollum want to be sacked?

As the Better Half just said, talk about losing the dressing room; he's giving it away.

Personally I never saw him sorting out their ageing old slow defence, but the football genius saw it different obviously. (Still can't believe he though mata was all that required from January, or that mata thought it was a good mood.))

I think we all new that mata was not the answer and the only reason chelsea sold him to manure was due to no-one else wanting/willing to pay a stupid price on him

This does sound like an invitation for players to take the piss. I genuinely think Gollum has realised that the job in hand is far far too big a task for him.

Moyes In!

Its hillarious in its stupidity, mata wasn't right because that position was the least required to improve them, what they needed was defenders, all four positions, and a Fernandhino figure for midfield, and a mata like player too, but the mata like player was the last on the list for me.

That they didn't appear to go after anyone else, and actually let 2 go out at the same time was baffling. Anyone would think he was doing it on purpose.

"Thursday Nights... Channel 5".

Like they sang every fucking week at Liverpool.

Loving there demise and long may it continue, the spouting I see on my Facebook all the time now is unbelievable. The usual ones who slate City at every turn but then when scum get beat and City fans post something it's there usual bitter shite response.

First they said we'd never win a trophy - check
Not in whiskey-noses lifetime - check
Then they said we'd never win the league - check

Now all there left with is Komps never won a treble - hopefully we can end that one this season (or even better it), even if we don't.. it just goes to show there fall from grace.
I've been really enjoying the posts from Man Utd fans this season. My favourite one was comparing Suarez to Ronaldo. How funny is it that they have to go back nearly 5 years to remember a time when they had a player of that quality? And they used to accuse Liverpool fans of living in the past.

Asking which of their squad would get into the other top sides this season. This one is stunningly brilliant;
