Whats this the Wellbeck fan club? I don't think he will be a decent striker as long as he's got a hole in his arse. A shit Emile Heskey
That your opinion and you are entitled to it even though you are in fact wrongoldhamblue said:Whats this the Wellbeck fan club? I don't think he will be a decent striker as long as he's got a hole in his arse. A shit Emile Heskey

I'm not to sure he is wrong. Wellbeck is a million miles away from being anywhere near a top, top striker.
He speed of thought and decision making are poor at best. Last night was truly a classic example.

Maybe in the grown up world it is actually possible to discuss the relative merits and faults of players objectively, even if they are rags.
Well in fairness with just one of those 3 skills you named he is better than Heskey ;)oldhamblue said:nijinsky's fetlocks said:oldhamblue said:Whats this the Wellbeck fan club? I don't think he will be a decent striker as long as he's got a hole in his arse. A shit Emile Heskey

Of course it's possible. In my opinion he is not an out and out striker. He has pace, fast feet, and good close control. However doesn't seem to possess the clinical instinct of a top top striker. And at the age of 24 I can't see him progressing much more

If missed chances counted for anything in football, we would have won the league a month ago, on balance they got a point and they did deserve it because Bayern didn't turn up by their standards.
If that point keeps Moyes in his job then its a great point.
Lets not forget that they should have had 10 men on the pitch with enough time for Bayern to exploit that fully.
The press will be chirping about another turning point in their season but as we all know that rag turd cant be polished. Next Wednesday their season ends.
