Shameless by Moyes has he forgotten about the Lescott drama?

Giving it large making out he has final say in transfer dealings, despite the vitriol in Daveys comments, Joleon still went. Hahaha
"I hear City think they are talking to people who make the decisions here, well that's me," said Moyes.
"They way it has been handled is disgusting and all it has done is disrupted our club."
"We do not do our business in public, we would go to the right people to find out what is happening."
The 46-year-old drew unfavourable comparisons with City's approach and the way in which Real Madrid conducted business with Manchester United over the £80m transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo.
"That deal was done immediately in the summer, giving United a chance to replace him," he said. "There is not a chance we will sell this close to the end of the window."
What a two faced twat

While I'm happy to admit that there's plenty of hypocrisy in football, Moyes appears to be taking it to a whole new level. I can't believe the press aren't calling him out on this. No doubt some will say that the figure United bid didn't have anything to do with him but he must've had some input in terms of firstly identifying the players and in turn evaluating their true worth. Fair enough, go in with a slightly below par offer to begin with but to offer £28 million for the pair is nothing short of a piss-take. Moyes must've known that such a laughable offer would, in one fell swoop, destroy all the goodwill that had built up between him and the Everton board and fans over the past decade or so and this shows that he couldn't give a flying fuck about them. I'll also add that at least when we were negotiating over Lescott, we were offering decent money for him.
Fair play to Everton for such a strongly worded response as at least it proves many of us wrong that they're not as far up the arse of United (and Moyes) as we thought they were. The trouble is, United's interest will surely now turn the heads of both Fellaini and Baines so this will in turn put Everton in a weaker position in terms of trying to secure a good fee.

The Mirror, surprisingly, have written quite a scathing article about the bidgordondaviesmoustache said:I can.M18CTID said:st. blue said:Its funny now reading them Moyes comments re; the Lescott transfer.

Just read that and credit where credit's due. Let's see if this rank hypocrisy gets the wider coverage it merits.squirtyflower said:The Mirror, surprisingly, have written quite a scathing article about the bidgordondaviesmoustache said:I can.M18CTID said:While I'm happy to admit that there's plenty of hypocrisy in football, Moyes appears to be taking it to a whole new level.
