David Moyes has announced that he has instructed all his squad to cease diving in the box with immediate effect on pain of disciplinary action and a fine of 2 weeks' wages.

His positive action to stop his side's serial cheating was warmly welcomed until Moyes added"There's no point them diving for penalties as that shower couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo from the spot."

It's obvious from this video evidence that Moyes himself has been advising on all matters relative to penalty shoot outs (Moyes steps up at 3.10 precisely):

To be fair, even though his spot-kick was saved, he made a better fist of it than most of his charges did on Wednesday.
