Breaking: United have made their move for Mata. Across BBC shortly...
Screw Jose and the Chavs, short termism at its worst, for a few million quid which will hardly make a difference to them, giving United the foundation to build their revival on a proven top clas sprem player who will lift the squad
Nah it makes sense for Chelsea if its big money. They don't want Mata and it funds a big striker purchase plus it boosts ManU for the title run in against us and Arsenal.
They won't be short of big money suitors for Mata if they were just patient, but then patience and Chelsea are seldom found in the same sentence, unless it's preceded by the words 'fuck all'.
It goes to show what they need to spend on a per player basis to get their team up to scratch. I think they need at least another 3-4 players AS A MINIMUM, which is going to rush them £120 -£160m.dazdon said:spanishblue said:dazdon said:At £35 million is Mata overpriced?

Patrick Barclay is so full of shit, I really dont know where to start...... Those two above will be going nowhere.
Pam said:Fucking hell, if they spend £35 mill plus on Mata, it will make the Fellani deal look like a steal ... mark my words.
