You are very far off the mark. As recently as last month Dwight Yorke was stating to all and sundry that LVG was not the man for them, and that Giggs was his choice. And even when Van Gaal was annouced he was spouting the same crap about it being time for Giggs to shine and not authoritarian figures. Fast forward a few weeks to after Holland's performances in the WC and suddenly he's saying that Van Gaal might be the right man for the job. Nobody even questioned his 360 turn, coz everybody knows Yorke is nowt but a spoofer and a Bulshitter. Like most of that crowd earning a living off soundbites.
Reminds me of Piers Morgan with Aaron Ramsey. He started saying how he always believed in him, stood by him etc... Then out came the tweets from before when he said Arsenal should get rid etc...

To be fair to Piers, who is a top tosser, I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic.

Anyone in need of an emetic this morning?

Try this <a class="postlink" href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/football/video-1102906/Manchester-United-tease-seasons-kit-featuring-new-sponsor.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/footba ... onsor.html</a>

Edited to add direct youtube link rather than the Daily Fail for those of a delicate disposition.

Its sheer shiteness is exactly why I posted it. With a less-than-flattering comment, just in case you don't know what "emetic means".

Surely a spoof - they wouldn't do that to themselves surely? It makes Joes head and shoulders ads look classy!

Sadly, all too genuine. That club has no self-awareness at all.... and long may they continue to be so deluded :)
