Assuming shirts are £45 each then that only equals revenue. Adidas won't be making £45 on each shirt, no idea how much but say, £30per shirt profit. That means they have to sell 2.5m shirts before they START to get a profit. Interesting when you spell it out like that. What gets me is why did Adidas stump up £75mil when Nike wouldn't give them £60?
