It's bluemoon panic time.

Personally not arsed about Manure, more concerned with our only rivals Chelsea.

I seriously don't understand the flapping. They were home to a QPR side who look fucking woeful. Against shit teams like this, the first goal is all important, and they scored a fluke. QPR still managed to expose how woefully unbalanced the midfield is and how shit the defence is, despite looking like a poor championship side. Clint Hill was playing FFS.

Obviously they've improved on the shower of shite they were in the first few games, but of course they have, they've spent about £150m, what did you expect? But they don't look like anything special at all.

The history of the Premier League, as with Division 1 in the two decades that preceded it, is that the team with the best defence almost always wins it. Most certainly the team with the 5th/6th best defence never wins it iirc.

Team with the best goal difference almost always wins it. Something like 17 out of the 21 Premier League Winners have had the league’s best goal difference.

Don't give a **** about United against any rubbish like QPR. Leicester away next week will give them a test - mark my words - they won't fold like QPR did, or turn their backs like Rio Camelgob did for Rooney's goal. First one was a fluke as well!
If City, Chelsea and Liverpool - and possibly Arsenal & Tottenham - are in decent form when they play the scum, that back four is going to be seriously exposed. So, let the scummers enjoy it while it lasts.

Caulker.

I stand corrected - same difference!

They finished seventh last season with a manager the players didn't rate or want to play for and was a bit out of his depth. They have no distractions this year and have thrown about 150 million at the team so far, adding two world class players if Falcao stays fit. They will be pushing and will no doubt fetch more players in in the January transfer window if they can get them.

As others have said though thrashing a piss poor QPR at home is no indication they have turned the corner.
