i feel its a bit petty saying that falcao has only got one goal and it works out at a cost of 5m.one goal can make you millions. look at "that" goal from aguero. made us an absolute fortune.

To be fair the 92 league goals we had already got that season were what made the 93rd so valuable.

Edward Woodward has ruled out any signings in January according to the BBC website. It does look like they are in for another long, hard season.

Oh dear, what a shame!

Ha! Ha! Ha!

it gets better...

"We are not looking to enter the market for short-term fixes," said Woodward

oh my!

Expect our revenue to be on a par when we announce 2014/15 results. Next set I expect to be around £340M

On a serious note with the New raggy shirt deal with Adidas which kicks in next year, will this just not offset any losses they have this year?
They lose Saturday then I reckon top 4 is seriously in doubt for them. I can actually see Southampton staying there or there abouts this year. I reckon Chelsea,City,Saints and Arsenal will be top 4 this yr......

I doubt Adidas will pay £75m to Ushited if they do not qualify for CL.

They won't, parts of that figure are performance related.

A sinking ship on the horizon.Wouldn`t it be lovely. We can but dream.

As long as they don't get bailed out by somebody fucking rich, that would be bad :)

Therein lies the problem. Be careful what you wish for with the raggy rag rags. While the Glazers own them, it great entertainment, but God forbid someone with some real dosh steps in, that wont be funny. Unless of course its a consortium fronted by Ray Ranson...
Walt Disney would make good owners as they would prove that Neverland was not just a work of fiction.
