I wish we'd bought shaw he's gonna be a great future lb

The rags are truly blessed with English talent

Shaw: Smalling: Phil the Face: Shrek and just to think they just let Wio go as well. All that Home Grown talent what a youth system; a true credit to their owners

and they let wellwank go.

What about the mercurial talent that is Tom (Zidane) Cleverley. Surely he's got a future in an England shirt?

Then we could do worse than that lad, Robertson, of Hull & Scotland.
Anyway, back on topic.

Just before I put a dumb rag out of his misery, would I be right in saying they paid falcao £4.5 million for his enormous goal tally so far,or am I off the mark?.........just need to check.

He's been there for 11 weeks or so at £350,000 p/w so £3.5-3.9m or so. They've pretty much paid over £3.5m (not including medical costs) per goal.

That's his wages though not the loan fee which i believe is the £4.5 million quoted, given that we are approaching a third of the way through the season then it makes it a nice round £1.5 million in loan fees on top of the wages. So in total they are looking at over five million so far.

At least mr woodward is safe in the knowledge that the fee for welbeck is being wisely spent....
no wonder mr w is saying no january player arrivals...
£5M so far spunked on a crock,with £65M on a player that doesn,t want to be there...lol
