Their last 2 wins tell us nothing. Bruce didn't even try to win, and Stoke were hardly likely to get anything.
Their results in the last three seasons in the equivalent four games they've jsut hot 12 points from - 10 points from 12 last season, 7 from 9 in 2192/13 (Palace not in PL) and 9 from 9 in 2011/12. So they haven't lost any of those games in the last three seasons. And but for De Gea, they'd have dropped points against Stoke this season.

Let's see how they do against someone who they have a patchier record against.

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal says the FA Cup, which the club have not won since 2004, is one of his main priorities this season. (Manchester Evening News)

Well its only that and the PL they have to play for

Be realistic.

Let's hope we get them in the 3rd round draw and derail their season.

I'm hoping the same. It's been weeks since we last beat them.

mk dons away would be nice for them.
the wombles can let their first team players have a go at them this time...

But seriously, on a side note, who do you think will score more goals this season in the prem..utds engerlandcentre forward who cost £30m or frankie lampard,36 yr old midfield veteran on a freebie?

They're playing Southampton. I don't suppose United have a grey kit these days, do they?

Even better, looking at the equivalent games last season (i.e. excluding the promoted teams) they got 23 points compared to 21 last season. If you substitute the promoted teams last season for those this season then their 25 points this season was actually 31 last season.

So they're actually 6 points down this season under Turtlehead, on the equivalent games under wee Davey.

c**ts are doing well pointwise, tbh. De Gea saved them this year so far but that's why you have keeper.

I'm afraid they might catch CL this year, Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs dropped a bollocks so far and let them in.
They should never have fallen out in the first place. Moyes did an unbelievably bad job. I wasn't sure about Van Gaal, but I was confident he would get them top 4. They are not a balanced team, but just have too much quality to finish outside the top 4.

People keep talking about Top 4 but if Everton or Spurs win the Europa League, it's Top 3 only who will qualify.

now that would be funny.
