Takes a special kind of twat to haul a kid off 5 minutes before half time when he was by no means putting in the worst performance on the pitch. That must be a confidence destroyer. I really hope the tactical turtle sticks with this 3 at the back philoschofee, it's clear that none of the back 5 have a fucking clue what they should be doing. The strikers and De Gea can't keep bailing them out.

Dunno what game you were watching? He was having a shocker, kept giving the ball away in the final third to Southampton forwards. They were doubling up on him to force him into mistakes. Carrick was dropping deeper and deeper to bail him out. With Mata, Fellani and Rooney all having a day off, Herrera did make a difference in being able to hold on to the ball, pass it to a teammate, and bring the ball into the oppositions half.

It really is astounding how much pressure that make-shift back 3/4 have been under for the last 4 games. If it was any other team, say for instance Chelsea lost Terry, Cahill, Ivanovic and Azpilicueta, then Mourinho would set them up to make sure that their Midfielders and Forwards kept the ball as much as possible, so that the defense was over protected. United give the ball to the opposition and say, "Go on then, try and score!" It's madness.

Bloody hell that's some of the worst in-house PR for a share offering I've seen in some time.

"Come, buy our shares! There's no dividends and we'll block you from selling them on but buy them anyway!"

I especially liked :

"Manchester United will not receive any proceeds from the sale of any Class A Ordinary Shares by the Selling Shareholder."

The Glazer boys just keep milking the cash cow.

Re: The Dog & Duck Pub Team (aka United) Thread 2014/15

Thank you Mr G Neville for providing us with some fine ammo for schadenfreude.
Keep it up Gary and we will have a statue of you outside our stadium.

Jokes aside, he is right they were farcical at times. Just a shame saints have lost the plot and could not make them pay.

Here is to you Mr Neville, cheers!

If the scummy bastards were named after a pub surely it'd be the Rat and Rotted Meat?

Re: The Dog & Duck Pub Team (aka United) Thread 2014/15

I don't get the implication that this is going to finance spending on players , and then it tells us at the bottom that the scummy rag b@st@rds will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
