Happy we've got 6 wins in a row, need to scrap 3-5-2 ASAP. Playing it basically gifts the opposition the ball and the initiative. I feel LVG is playing it as it protects our makeshift full backs.

Hope we can win our next 2 games as I see us struggling with Spurs (A) and Stoke (A) over Xmas.

We've got enough up front and in midfield to get across the line, but the makeshift defense is so vulnerable. It seems like every opposition attack ends up as a shot on our goal! We need some stability back there, with Rojo, Blind, Shaw and Rafael all injured for the foreseeable, we will have to make do with what's left in the lost and found pile. I think that the likes of Jones and Smalling need a run of games to improve, but they can't seem to stay fit for more than 2 matches. We can only improve, and there's still Di Maria up the sleeve. When he comes back he will be playing with a better forward line now that RVP has found his mojo again.

Let's hope other teams actually watch the scum games and don't just read/listen to the media wankfest, because if you read/listen to the media wankfest, you'd actually think they're back to their Fergie era dominant best, when in reality they're a little bit shit. MOM De Gea numerous times this year speaks volumes, now I know he's a member of their team so he's only doing his job ( saying this cos I hate it when people say things like " if it wasn't for Joe Hart blah blah blah". There is not one game they've played where I thought that we should really worry about them and that's " not being arrogant, just better". CTID

Missed the game today, just watching MOTD now. How did the dippers not score in this match? The jammy twats cannot keep this run up, they're gash.

Kin hell, Daily Mail has title "United made Liverpool to look like pub team".

90% of other days and Liverpool would run riots over them in such match. They missed 6 sitters and 2 free headers.

Small margins. Amazing how we seemed to be doing everything in our power to let Liverpool score but they didn't fancy it. Similar with the Arsenal game. A better striker (or any at all for that matter) and we'd have been punished.

We can't keep defending like that, Evans in particular is woeful. Looks unsuited to a back 3, but he's never been the best defender anyway. I'd look to move him on in the summer. Pity we can't keep Smalling fit either.

All in all, i'm not quite sure how we keep winning, but i'll take it. It did feel very sweet after the corresponding fixture last season and its 6 goal swing.

I thought the way their keeper dived the wrong way when Rooney scored, and whenever Liverpool broke away and totally fucked up the final pass, then there is only one conclusion to make.

The game was fixed :)

No, seriously though, I thought you played quite well, and LIverpool were, well, just not very good.

One thing what never seems to change over at the swamp is good fortune, you have had by the bucket load for decades. Pity wee Davey wasn't afforded any.
