Our resident know fuck-all rag was uncharacteristically quiet this morning, so I said to my mate, "Ask him about Pedro."

He shouted across, "When are you signing Pedro?"

His reply: "We don't want him now."

We pissed ourselves laughing and I said to my mate, "At least he's towing the party line."
 
I think it was John Cross from the mirror on talksport last night who said they are putting in huge bids all over europe,presuming players will flock to them because they are the best team in the premier league,talk about desperate lol
 
I know I'm just getting giddy (and drunk), but I can't help thinking which would be funnier, if they signed Joey Barton or if he snubbed them?
 
Have they realised Ed Woodward is a complete clown yet?

His transfer business is absolutely comedy. He just seems to go for players who will never sign for United in a million years. See Ramos this summer, for example.

Depay and Schweinsteiger are their two best signings this summer and are clearly LVG signings.

They'll struggle to make top four IMO.
 
Just in ................LVG claims he did not sign Pedro or Nicolas Otamendi because he didn't think either player would improve his Manchester United squad
 
Please tell me what I've just read is true.

LVG saying if United want a player they will come, unless the club are not selling.

Also, that the same applies to De Gea.

It's only on Twitter so could be bollocks a few have picked up on.

    On the Pedro situation, I think with our experience with Falcao and van Persie (players closer to 30), the club had decided they wont go above certain limits they had set for themselves.

    So the deal did not happen. I don't think Woody made any error here. It was simply business .
lol

Someone tell him how old schweinsteiger is
