I geunuinly don't think he could do it now. That year under Moyes cost them so much more than they thought. Their club now suffers from the same problem the rest of us do.

Great post mate and spot on. Once the spine of that team withered with age, it was laways going to take at least three seasons to re build. Trouble is their last two managers did not have the wherewithal to do it and have now extended that period. I genuinely believe TTs ego will take them even more steps down the ladder. It's one of the drawbacks of having such an open forum rather than a strictly controlled RAWK like forum where posters are required to demonstrate their compliance before being permitted full privileges. Lots of posters on here wouldn't last 2 minutes on RAWK but I'd definitely rather see posters being allowed to vent their stupidity (most have done it at one time or another) than have half the topics on 'lock down'.

The figure is clearly bollocks. It's the fact that most of the deluded twats believe it. If a billion watch the WC final, United fans think over two thirds support United. It's truly very funny.
