Without sounding like I've got my red tinted specs on, and I'm being totally honest here. I have watched Schweinsteiger this season more than any other player, and he has controlled the midfield in every single game. People are saying that he's not mobile and he's finished, but yet there he is covering every blade of grass, always available for a pass, getting tackles in and jumping for every header. You may say that he will struggle to keep that up for an entire season, but so far he's been superb. We used to get over-run in midfield by mid-table sides, but it stopped dead as soon as he pulled on a shirt. I'm not saying that he's the German Messi, but he is quality.
Well , we won ours against Everton.Utd win their Derby.....well done.......
Haha that is bold.
Southampton have been horrible this season, struggling to score or create. I see 3 points there. 3 points against Sunderland. They almost always beat Arsenal, no matter how rubbish they are, a draw perhaps though given form. Everton/CP will be tough matches but still 4 points I imagine. We should obviously beat them, but derby anything can happen & will depend on who's fit etc. I see them getting 10-12 points from the 6 games. Would love you to be right though.
Que? ?Well , we won ours against Everton.
Fuck me I've read some tripe from you gobshites but this is the winner.Without sounding like I've got my red tinted specs on, and I'm being totally honest here. Didn't you get the memo? PR dept. says the rags aren't really relevant to us anymore so we went and found another club within 50miles with whom we have a little acrimonious 'istree but who aren't quite a real threat. This way we can manufacture a new rivalry to peddle, one in which we will usually come out on top, thus extending our myth and damaging our old rivals that we're not really obsessed with.Que? ?
Won ours against Everton?
Dafuq you on about?
Already seeing that Martial described as 'World class' and being compared to Henry. What happenend to their last world class young striker Macheda?

I know mate...fuckin straight over....Whoosh
He may be a United player but I can still appreciate a good goal, certainly no wondergoal, or even close to Benteke's, but he took it well - got some luck to get past the inept Skrtel but it was still a composed finish from a young lad (do we think Sterling would have put that away for example? I'd be 50:50).Jizzineye, Macheda, Powel, Cleverly, Wellbeck etc etc etc
All "world class" before they slowly realise they aren't and they are shipped off to Sunderland, Cardiff, Villa levels etc
Wasn't even a wondergoal, he had luck with the bobble of the ball that could have gone anywhere and no striker should miss from that range.
Edit: Even forgotten about the other world class one, the one who gives the ball away every 10 seconds and who was taken off at half time
And there is always Bebe who even playing in a cup game v Exeter looked out of his depth

The hype afterwards is silly, people are too quick to judge one way or the other - I'll make my judgments at the end of the season, I'll be a little surprised if he reaches double figures in the league personally.
