Everyone keeps on saying we paid £49M for Sterling and that with add ons, so we shall say they paid £58M for Martial since thats his price with add ons

£20 mill in add-ons? Jeez. They must be pretty high. Might not make them if they sell him in time. At either price though, that's a huge gamble they've made. Desperate even.

Does anyone think there's more to this than simply van Gaal falling out with players and getting rid? Maybe there are financial reasons as well - last year they spent a fortune and perhaps they have to balance the books more this time round?

Asked this before........surely they offered a bit more than he was on,but let's not forget Monaco is tax free,so hopefully they shot themselves in the foot with that one too.
