There's an article in the Mirror talking about how unhappy Mourinho is with their lack of signings

Now, there aren't any quotes but you get the feeling there could be truth to it.

If they end this window with Lukaku, Lindoff, Perisic and Matic I think most of the top 5 will be happy with that. A team of plodders that will be difficult to beat, but that's about it

Looks like 150 million is his budget, pants taken down for some right shite players. How long we giving them matching us on points?
 
I really hope if Barca sell Neymar they somehow get Griezmann to replace him. Would be hilarious after he said he cant move to the rags this summer because of the ban.
 
Rag newsagent near us always giving it the big un, offered him a £20 bet to Christies charity this morning that we will finish above them, he wouldn't take it

There's a pretty decent mix of simple and reliable (Carrick, Matic), creativity (Mata, Pogba), and pace (Lukaku, Rashford) in that list really. It just doesn't look that great, though, does it?

...Where's the creativity?

Looks like they're set of playing simple, lump the ball up to the striker type football (surprise!). Not one proper creative midfielder who will sit behind the striker and play through balls for fun. Add to that Lindelof has been piss poor this pre-season, so that side of the defence looks weak. No idea who their best left back either; Blind, Rojo, Darmian, Shaw, either way they're all pretty poor options.
 
Never seen a player so overrated as Carlton Pogba , his stats for last season for a £120m (or £300m including wages) player are nothing short of disgraceful , Gundogan was £100m pound cheaper and contributed the same amount of goals and assists , and he was injured for 6 months , which puts Pogshites contribution into perspective. But like anything to do with the Rags , the new arrivals are the next Duncan Edwards or George Best they all came through the academy and play for the love of the club , the usual shite. They scrape into the champs league through the back door in a competition most clubs treat as a pain in the arse , they win a third rate League Cup thanks to a referee again turning a blind eye , after being outplayed by a mid table Southampton team,.The "vacant" seats at Old Toilet are ever so discreetly in the top tiers of the stadium , even GM Police accused them of manipulating their attendance figures by 10-15% , The Swamp club is just one big lie and they have got 659m mugs believing the shit that comes out of the club ,which is also perpetuated by an arse licking media , i hate these f*ckers with a passion.
 
You look at that team and they are not going to dominate possession, Eye gouger will have them organised and hard to beat but boring boring football
 
Only £40m for someone 6 foot 4? Bargain. Can't see the ball being on the ground much with the team he's put together.
