Anyone else absolutely baffled by this weird line that they keep coming up with explain why it doesn't matter that we haven't actually spent ore than them, because they mainly blew it on two players whereas we bought more players, cheaper? I mean, did someone force them to spunk £200m on flat track donkey and the myth? I genuinely don't understand how that's supposed to mitigate anything?
The press couldn't stop telling everyone that they'd spent 90m on Pogba and 75m on boycie. We got told that this is what utd was all about. Utd have resources to pay for the most expensive players they bragged. Everytime Pogba played he was labelled as the most expensive player in the world. Everytime Lukaku scored it was why utd paid 75m for him. And now Mourinho is saying they haven't spent enough and need to spend more?
It's strange but I don't recall van gaal being this bitter when he was in charge at the 2-2 towers.

Yes he was.

They fell out when Walker said he wanted to leave for City but he still started 30 odd league games.
Trippier was in, they were alternating games, he wasn't automatic first choice. Poch was happy to see him go, Levy was delighted with the dough for an ageing full back, Trippier being, in their vision, the better option. I think we won that one though.

do the Glaziers make more money by buy Pogba and bignose and finishing in the top four. More outlay but more sales and clickbait in Asia than signing Jesus and Bernardo Silva and winning the league.

Jose once again showing weakness with his comments about us...
He's cracking up...
My goodness he is.
Looking forward to the guard of honour in April now, which (aside from the life events of my children and grandchildren) would just about be the best thing that has happened to me ever!
