jose says manchester city buy wing backs at the price of strikers hahahahha kukaku jose just look at that signing and tall me what full back cost city that price you paid for him pogba lukaku was the real reason united are a million miles away the whole sum of them 2 would have got you 6 world class players easy and not media sluts jose does not builds football clubs he bullies the others and when somebody of the better teams stand up to him he's off quick sharp and blames the club for not spending

this is the first time at united he played his joker card and wants more money for new players and what does that say to the players in the dressing room they will now have jose its the losing the dressing at its very best and unrest from the stands is ringing out can the club spend big again on jose vision and give in to him does adding 2 or 3 players make them any better than manchester city this season i don't think so will the board and fans be happy in just writing of the season at christmas i don't think so

this is the beginning of the end for jose at united and even if united give him another £300million he will still behind pep and manchester city so how can the board sign off a big spend like that on being 2nd best and again next season and the seasons after that its not the money but jose

Trippier was in, they were alternating games, he wasn't automatic first choice. Poch was happy to see him go, Levy was delighted with the dough for an ageing full back, Trippier being, in their vision, the better option. I think we won that one though.

Wow,i didnt think anyone had actually been caught by that nonsense.

I never take the piss out of people with mental problems, but Jose really is f***ing mental.

He's truly cracking up!

"Manchester City buy the full-backs for the price of the strikers," Mourinho said. "So when you speak about big football clubs, you are speaking about the history of the club."

And Mourinho claimed that Manchester United's rich history has forced them to pay much more for players, something he believes is hindering the club's success.

When asked about the £286 million he has spent since he was appointed Man United manager, Mourinho replied: "(It) is not enough, is not enough. And the price for the big clubs, the price for the big clubs is different from the other clubs, so the big, historical clubs are normally punished in the market for that history."

There has to be a point where they just admit that they spent £90m on a £30m striker and £100m on a (if I'm generous) £50m midfielder. That's why they haven't gotten much value for their money, they overpay for everyone. Not a single one of their transfers was a good deal, most weren't worth half what they paid

Yeah, but that’s because they had to pay a premium due to their history, mate.

Aye that'll be it, not that they are more interested in making a statement than actually negotiating a good deal or getting the right player...

The thing that's mental is that neither Lukaku nor Pogba are Mourinho type players, everyone said it when they were buying them yet they spunked their entire budgets on them anyway, then moan that they don't have more money for other positions

Reminds me of someone else who said 'City are obsessed with us. They just can't stop talking about us." And then proceeded to carry on ranting about us for the next several pressers.
