Would they win a really big candle for that achievement?
No, just millions of tiny ones, each with their very own tiny version of a retired Stevie G in a robe and slippers, half-screaming “I won the league, too! I won the league, too, innit!”

Can anyone find a link for this?
Just checked their site and do not see the clip posted (yet) but they well and truly put United in their place, saying that there is a substantial gap between us in them, both in league position (quantitative) and playing style/entertainment value (qualitative). They went on to say they need a “massive” overhaul to compete with us and there will come a time, though maybe not this summer yet, that just finishing second (even if it is an achievement for them given their last few years... ouch) will not be enough and their fans will call for change or leave them.

Seeing Crazy Sandra/Brent/Mark Goldbridge saying that McTominay reminds him of Steffen Effenberg is Comedy gold ! Even better this morning is seeing them celebrating the clean sheet last night so De Gea won the golden glove award! Small time *****

‘I don’t enjoy watching United’

Jamie Redknapp admits Manchester United's style of play leaves him cold - and says their big-name players are not working in Jose Mourinho's system.

Glad you finally arrived to the same state as everyone else, Jamie.

Shhhhhhhhhhhh - we need to be careful or Maureen could be out and we don't want them getting someone in who knows what he is doing - then again we have said that before...

According to a rag in work us two bit berties don't deserve watching the football we have witnessed this season as we have no history and it should be them who play football like us as thats "the utd way"

They are hurting big time
Throw this stat at them ...........
  • Since Sir Alex Ferguson retired at the end of the 2012-13 season, no Premier League team has drawn more matches nil-nil than Manchester United (19, level with Southampton).

That’s the United way.

We have had the misfortune to witness a lot worse!!
The Pearce era alone made me question my existence and the meaning of life.

Mostly due to the shear amount of time we were given to contemplate the universe between anything of note actually happening for us on the pitch.

We could give lectures to rags on how to get through it... but I’m not sure it would be that helpful, as their predicament seems terminal.
