No it definitely needs work and decisions need to be made soon but none of what he is written is new. And frankly the fact he has to resort to complaining about pies and WiFi signal shows that he has had to pad out this article.

it's the fact that money is not being spent,your not moving with the times and eventually,you will find yourself overtaken by your rivals.the saving you make today will cost you double tomorrow,trying to get back on level terms.
you are already hundreds of millions behind,seriously,where are you going to get that money from.

And if he’s the best in the workd by a country mile, how come he wasn’t the top ranked keeper in the Workd POY that was announced yesterday?

well if you're judging the Ballon D'or on January - May, then maybe Ronaldo. If you're judging it on the year, then absolutely no chance, a ludicrous reward because his team did very well, judged on brand rather than performance.
