Mourinho's simply a one trick pony.
He won trophies and titles (right up to last season) by playing anti football and sucking the life out of the game,and believing his own press about being a 'pragmatist' and a 'tactical genius'.
He’s trying to do it again this season, but I think he may have just noticed the great big blue fly in the ointment.
It must be a real worry for him because he simply has no answer,but to get a bigger bus.

It's true, we have bought the best squad in the country, it's the most expensively assembled team in the country too.

The difference is that they've spent the second most, only about £50m less, and still play like Burnley, while we play like the best team the country has seen for decades.

Don’t Burnley play open attacking football?

I don't think it is working.
I can't see them finishing top 4 which I think is his aim.
And he's got no europa league final to get in the back door.
They do look to be in a mess and it will take a lot of money to get out of it.

Radio 5Live commentator said the same after our game, if we keep playing like this, settling for draws in big games won't be enough, it will rule them out of the title by default.

If he isn't going to play progressively in that game, with Liverpool having won 1 of their last 7 games, with their best attacker out injured, and their defence conceding an average of 2 goals a game...he just never will, and either Spurs and Chelsea will beat them if they play that way because they won't butcher the chances Liverpool did.

Did anyone hear Lawrenson claim at half-time of the Watford-Arsenal game that the rags will play differently against Spurs because the game is st the swamp?

I said to Mrs Vienna, "What a load of rubbish! PEG will park the bus against any half decent attacking outfit."

He played a Liverpool side woefully short of confidence ,missing their most potent player, managed by a man whose abilities are under the microscope and who could not afford to lose against long standing foes.
The opportunity for Mourinho today was outstanding to show their credentials as serious title contenders,but he did what he predictably does.
When he plays a side who want to win and don’t have any fear of defeat ( can’t think of anyone atm)he will get his sorry Lusitanian arse handed to him.

that's the problem, the only time they'll face a team they can't get a 0-0 draw against is us. The rest of the league they can play the Mou way and get away with it. They don't deserve to be in the same league as us, let alone 2 points behind us. I wish they'd collapse in the next month like their talent befits and we stroll to the league we're comfortably the best in to win. Unfortunately I have to live with the nagging doubt that United like United do always nick results that keep them in the room like a sickening stench.

We should win the league by 20/25 points this season, I doubt this will be the case though, and it's a shame.
