A few months ago I read a comment by Mou ------ "Top 4 by Christmas".
Looking back he didn't actually quote this year so he must have been thinking 20+ years ahead.

What makes me laugh is the rag fans blame woodward for everything and harp back to the GPC and Gill days.
The Gpc in his first four years struggled and Gill never even appointed a manager.
1986 - 2012 were not the norm for the rags as they seem to believe.
For most of their history the rags were a very average side.
This current side and their the manager are the norm but they cannot seem to get their heads around this.
With the exception of the GPC their managers were given no more time than managers at every other club.
The rags have no concept of their own clubs history pre 1986.

3 United managers have won the league title in their entire existence. The last 3 City managers have all won the league.
