Neville on Tv last night talking about the difference between City and the rags, paraphrasing him, we are miles away not just on the pitch but off it and that what worries me the most.

The Galzers have a stranglehold on the club and there's nothing that anyone can do about it, it appears that they are only interested in the what it provides them financially. They are lucky to be in the position they are and its only by birth not chosen for their talents and its clear if you look at their board

Avram Glazer – Executive Co-Chairman and Director. ...

Joel Glazer – Executive Co-Chairman and Director. ...

Edward Woodward – Executive Vice Chairman and Director. ...

In 2005, Woodward advised Malcolm Glazer and the Glazer family during its successful takeover of Manchester United. Whilst working for PWC

Richard Arnold – Group Managing Director and Director. ...
Mate of Ed’s from PWC

Cliff Baty – Chief Financial Officer. ...

Chartered Accountant worked at Ernst Young, Ladbrokes, Hilton Group and Sportech

Kevin Glazer – Director. ...

Bryan Glazer – Director.

Apart from the family, Woodward and Arnold they got the gig as they worked for Glazers at PWC advising them on the take over

When you look at City's board the members are experienced international business men with credentials that qualify them to be members not just sperm

Then looking at the management structures of the businesses City have an executive management team with highly qualified members in their field of expertise, I can't find any information on the rags executive team, im sure they have some good people but probably by accident

The problems at the rags can be traced back to Ferguson falling out with Magnier and McManus and his greedy over the horse Rock of Gibraltar, this facilitated the takeover by Glazer and the downward spiral, compounded by no succession planning for the retirement of Ferguson and Gill leaving at the same time. Of course they asked Ferguson who should succeed him and he nominated a Scots man who clearly was out of his depth and not wanted by the fans. They have then gone from disaster to disaster with clueless management appointments and players signings. For 18 months its been rumoured that they want a director of football and it looks like Phelan will get the job How absolutely wonderful

Now the stadium is getting critised for being run down and needing investment

The Ole appointment has just set them back further. Missing out on top 4 another step back.

No top top players will want to go there in the summer.

They’ll pay huge money and sky high wages for another batch of average players.

All I see is major struggles in the transfer market for them, gettin in the right players is already difficult, how about shipping out the dead weight? Haha. The icing on the cake is them giving Sanchez £500k per week which causes all current players to hold out for an increase and all new players to ask for a lot of money.

I’m loving their decline. The ship continues to sink further and further down. They are more likely to be mid table than top 4 in the next few years.

Oh how the tables have turned.

Just look at what that place does to manager;

Moyes arrived fresh faced ( you know what I mean ) abs pumped full up, he imploded aged about 20 years and was reduced to wildly celebrating goals against teams like fulham. He’s out of work his credibility gone, they’ve ruined him.

Van Gaal, unaffected but only due to his own insanity and arrogance. Exception to the rule

PEG; arrived full of confidence left looking like an unshaven hobo who was fortunate to have someone put him up in a hotel.

OGS; rabbit in the headlight who’s aged 10 years in 2 months

The place is a cesspit

He has gone from Dougie Houser MD to Gollum in 2 months

I know that he is a total **** but after watching Roy Keane last night you can see how far they have fallen. They have nobody at the club who can drive them forward, Can you imagine him in the dressing room tonight?

In many ways he may have been the better option for them than OGS, the only concern is that he would have twatted 3/4 of the squad by now.

I don't think Keane offers anything as a pundit whatsoever, he is just a very angry man. However when the host asked him "what do you mean by top" when Keane said he would be shocked to see them at the top the host said "top 4, 1st or 2nd" Keane replied "top usually means top. First"

United have no one capable, interested or with the intelligence to get them back to the top of the league. They are miles off
