Ah yes,well this is the difference,they are not a top 3 team,arguably not top 6 in some books,including me,but you have taken time to analyse their squad,and have used back up scenarios,who would probably get into most top European sides,but not necessarily English ones

You seem to be missing the point, the original debate was as to how far Uniteds sqaud is away from challenging for the title. What potential backup players would get into these top European sides?
Pogba has shown at Juve and France he's capable of being a top player.
Not to mention the second half against us at our place

I can deny it quite easily. he showed more than he does for united but a long way from brilliant.

United's current state is for me is beginning to look like a parallel of the end of the Busby era. Long period of success under one manager, but no back up plan and a succession of failed appointments, none of whom were ever likely to come anywhere near to emulating him. Then years in the wilderness apart from the odd cup along the way.
