You seem to be missing the point, the original debate was as to how far Uniteds sqaud is away from challenging for the title. What potential backup players would get into these top European sides?
Pogba has shown at Juve and France he's capable of being a top player.
Not to mention the second half against us at our place

The point I'm making is like you have put,on paper they have some goodish players,it's the manager that's a clown.

Herrera, Lingard, would get a gig in Spain or Italy

Wouldn't be the first time people have forgotten that they're being watched. Remember the England teamsheet being on full view of a hundred telephoto lenses at the World Cup? Or indeed the Mancini/Balotelli scrap.
That was a rookie error from Southgate's assistant at the World Cup. I thought the Balotelli incident was because of lack of suitable privacy at your old training ground?

They would have known (at least Jose certainly would have) that TV cameras would be allowed in today for training.

I think you're seriously overestimating those two players to believe they'd get in a top European side

Mourinho is such a sly ****. No other word for him. United were mad to take him at this stage of his career, a pure desperation move because we got Pep. Would be more thn happy for us to sign Pogba, though I can't stand the thought of us working with his agent so he can fuck off.
It would appear that poor old bobby charlton was bang on about hiring mourinho. He was dead against it,and was only silenced when they agreed to name a stand after him.perhaps the most telling sign of how utd were wrong ,and charlton was right.....is the plethora of empty seats in the stand this season.
This is only going to get worse, and more embarrassing, for the utd hierarchy .

Sure, but experienced people make rookie errors all the time. That's kind of the reason why the cameras follow them around in the hope they will. Same applies to the City example - they knew full well there was a lack of privacy, and that the cameras were on them. It still happened.

Rash ford averages a goal every 2.75 matches for Utd or a 13 or 14 goal season if he played 38 premier league matches in a season . Very ordinary. A solid 10 goal a season player. Less in a mid table side....

A big reason why you cannot go by stats, he's a talented player. If we went by stats few would've touched Salah after Chelsea much less De Bruyne. How you are used figures heavily into stats.

You put Rashford into City with Pep and you have a vastly different result
