Funny isnt it a club that has been in womens football for 2 minutes gets England's opening game in the womens 2012 world cup finals. We have all these great new statium around England yet they chose a mouse ridden, roof leaking old stadium. Why arent we showing the world the leagues best statium instead of old dumps.

and that is why sadly they will be relevant for quite a bit longer. The money, advertising revenue, prestige that goes with this match is enormous. To have the Womens World Cup in England will be national headlines and this shower of shite will get most of it. Something is very corrupt for the Rags to get this gig over City and other clubs who have been in the game for years. Don't forget the Rags dropped out of Womens football and only came back when a salary cap was brought in (very convenient !)
