I'll put this here.....Cantana wins UEFA President award.....

A quick quote...

"This award not only recognises his career as a player of the highest calibre, but also honours him for the person he is," said Ceferin.
A **** on/off the pitch. I once saw him sent off as manager of a beech soccer team you have to go some for that.

Somebody was talking to him about music lessons at school and asked him what was his favourite instrument sound. He answered 'The dinner bell '.

Judged by UEFA executive committee member David Gill and Ambassador Sir Alex Ferguson...

This really is a pretty remarkable sequence of results, considering their vast resources. The Solskjær era is going even better than expected.

3 wins ...1 against WHU when iirc they survived a very strong hammers pen shout at 0-0 ...and then got their own soft pen..and Chelsea at home who ,i understand out played them for the 1st 20 mins and their 190M defence could do nothing as Chelsea came very close to scoring.
Cant remember the watford game..but the level of performance, even when they win,is very worrying for ole...

They'll throw some kind of smokescreen to divert attention from what's happening on the pitch: another bomb scare, maybe? More racial abuse stories? Something, anything to keep everyone's minds away from what a joke of a club they've become.

Normally taken care of by their ever subservient and very accommodating arse-lickers in the media. How about the usual bogus transfer rumours - made up bullshit about potentially signing Fake Tranny, Messi, Wesley, Cruyff, Pele, Sir Stanley Matthews etc etc always soothes their furrowed brows, bless them.

West Ham should have won 18 attempts that day from them (needless to say it was 2 converted pens for them) Watford were unlucky too. 20 attempts to the rags 8.

They are basically fucking Rubbish and living off name alone now.

A propos of United's "history"...

I was looking at some of United's attendances in the 1930s. I find them interesting:

1930-31 Highest= 39,876 (v City), Lowest = 3,969, Average = 12,155
1931-32 Highest = 37,012, Lowest = 3,507, Average = 12,915
1933-34 Highest = 29,443, Lowest = 11,176, Average = 18,563

Even on May 6 1939, in Div One, their home game with Liverpool drew a massive 12,073.....

Just remind rag fans of some of these facts when the go on about their "history". Their very existence was uncertain in those days, and they could have gone the way of Bury and Bolton. If only they had!
The Great depression and subsequent build up of ww2 could possibly be givem as reasons for such small utd crowds..but ...City seemed to do alright in the same period...utd ofcourse relegated in 1930/31 ..finishing bottom of the old 1st Division, lol.

As a side note.my book on Citys history ,by Ray Goble( A complete record 1887-1987) lists the attendance at Old trafford v City 1930/31 as 50,000 not 39,876...of course a lot of old attendances in those days were rounded up to the nearest thousand.maybe in some cases guess timated .?
But i,m wondering now which of those two figures is correct..?.Feb 7th 1931.City won 3-1 Eric Brook got 1

So...38 attempts on goal conceded by a leaky utd defence to watford and westham...No wonder they have spent 100M on their defence...and its working, lol
