SO who misses out on the top 4?

I think City and Liverpool are (kinda) nailed on.. Pep coming to the end and Liverpool with out Van Dijk for the season gives me hesitation. Spurs with 2nd season under Mourinho looking good, have awesome firepower with Kane, Son and potentially Bale.. Manure have heavy artillery with Rashford, Greenwood, Cavani.. Chelsea spunked 200 mill on young talent and Everton have been looking nice with Rodriguez and DCL on fire.
