That was a fake news story leaked out by Fati's agent Jorge Mendes. It was put out by a blogger/freelance and the Rags were happy to leave it out there because it adds to the smokescreen they are trying to hide their financial crisis behind.

It wouldn’t fucking surprise me if the rags had suggested it to Mendes in the first place.
