Solskjaer's appointment was a total disaster. Neville can dress it up all he wants and try and paint some positives to his tenure. There weren't any - except for opposition fans.
The guy was unproven at any level. He was way out of his depth. Anyone could see that. Ability to motivate ? No. Tactical nous ? No evidence of that. Ability to build a squad and a system of playing ? None of that either.
Massive spending. Square pegs in round holes. Egos running amok ahead of a team ethos.
I go back a long way and this era reminds me of the end of Busby's reign and the McGuiness/O'Farrell/Docherty/Sexton/Atkinson period.
Long may it continue !
Let's hope that they don't find another pisscan!

When we won the title in 2005 we only lost once the entire season. Take a wild guess who the only team to beat us was :)

Hint, the scorer that day ended up being an integral part of our title win a couple of years later.
That was positive "Typical City".

There have been a few examples over the years, including 30/5/99 and 13/5/12.

I'd rather they didn't get Pochettino. His stock has fallen on these shores but he'd be decent for United. They've got technically very good players and Pochettino will make them work very hard. PSG are not a side built in Pochettino's image; he's hamstrung by the fact they have the laziest front 3 in history and there's nothing he can do about it. At United it'd only be Ronaldo to worry about and he can work around him.

I'm hopeful they can get Rodgers on board or offer Zidane enough money to change his mind, of the decent options that are available.
Have you not seen Rashford? He's far more lazy than Ronaldo.

Pocketing would improve many of them but he'd also have to replace a few and to do that he'd have to tackle the mass delusion about their abilities head on.
