(We benefited from that rule to the tune of 50 thousand dollars). So a similar rule in the UK would mean any stand built over the railway would mean the developers must have to purchase and demolish all properties up to the Cricket Ground.

I’m no expert but I thought the ‘right to light’ here in the UK only applied to rooms in the house, not open ground as in a garden? Maybe Worsley can shed some light on this?

We don't have such a rule. The right to light is severely limited iirc.

It is far more limited and is principally founded on prescription. There is a Right to Light Act, which echoes this.

I don't know, I was taking it as 1-4 CL, 5-6 Europa & 7 Conf. On the assumption a CL qualifier wins the FA Cup.
