8 more points this season....

Leicester home - draw if they're lucky

Everton away - lose

Norwich home - win

Liverpool away = lose

Arsenal away - lose

Brentford home - win

Brighton away - draw

Chelsea home - lose

Crystal Palace away - lose

58 points max!
They'll get at least 6 wins from those.

They’ll beat Everton.

Unfortunately.

As well as that the rear gardens of the houses on Railway Rd go down to not far from the line as well.
There is a rule in NZ that states that any builder must not allow shade from the new property to encroach onto the neighbour's property. (We benefited from that rule to the tune of 50 thousand dollars). So a similar rule in the UK would mean any stand built over the railway would mean the developers must have to purchase and demolish all properties up to the Cricket Ground.

I’m no expert but I thought the ‘right to light’ here in the UK only applied to rooms in the house, not open ground as in a garden? Maybe Worsley can shed some light on this?

Rest of the season looks pretty fucking dismal for them. Could easily lose another 5 or 6.
We'll see how many more tools tyet can down.

If the raggy masses think they're piss poor now, just wait until they really can't be arsed. They looking at the Europa next season but a run from West Ham coupled with the rags form could still see them in the Conference.

Rags in the Conference? It's like a updated version of the shit joke about us years ago although it'd be correct this time for them.

At least the rags are in safe hands.....

Seriously, I thought he was useless but.... how he can be playing for any side in the top four divisions is beyond me. National league at best and joking aside I mean that, all those mistakes in less than one season? FFS, hope they give him a contract extension.
Gareth has faith in him too, the success of England will rest squarely on his shoulders, now there's a thought !

We don't have such a rule. The right to light is severely limited iirc.

There's not even anyone to run a 'save our..(insert name)..campaign for. They have 'change the manager' fatigue!

They're not even trying - they can't be arsed. Does this mean Spurs are now our biggest rivals?

Unless Palace win the FA Cup, won't the Europa Conference place be 8th?
5th is Europa League
6th FA Cup (unless Palace win)
7th League Cup

He is a real leader of men. Men will follow him anywhere.
Just out of curiosity.
