Correct they are announcing them like they’ve retiring after having a great career.

They are indeed and I think Matic has already announced that he is off, while none of them are world beaters they have all been squad players that will need to be replaced, I am making an assumption that DeBeek will come back into the fold to replace one of them but this still leave's at least 3 positions to fill. With everyone knowing they need to strengthen I hope clubs will rinse them. Does anyone remember the transfer thread we had on him? We really wanted him and look what happened? I have to say that he wasn’t the only player we wanted, they gazumped us on and he turned out to be a flop, yet so many of the transfers we get over the line are a success. The only explanation is that they are a graveyard to talent and we are a finishing school. The worst decision a good player could make is to choose them over us.
