No way Tenth Hag will appreciate that. Doesn’t strike me as the type who will want anyone from the past lurking around, especially one who looks like he’s just escaped from a care home.

Seems that way to me, too. He can't get Ronaldo out, he can't keep Ferguson away, he can't even convince ex- and current Ajax players to join and ้e certainly won't get the squad he has playing the way he wants. All that with van Gaal's words echoing in his mind. 18 months and he will be gone imo. And with him, his chances of taking over from Guardiola when he eventually leaves.

I really can't imagine what he is doing there.

Can only imagine the Rag's over sold the position and made him an offer he couldn't refuse.
