Meaning they have paid him off.

£2m a month until July was a big load to carry.
Do you think? Surely, like any job, normal employment laws are applicable and he has indeed been found guilty of gross misconduct. I think they may have conceded ground on the wording, but he was sacked and probably wasn’t owed anything in return.

My thinking is it’s come around too quickly for it be a sacking. Lawyers etc would surely have meant that dragging out for a while?
